The Refrigeration Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, repairing, upgrading, and installing refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. They perform these duties within the hospital's plant maintenance department to ensure facility equipment functions correctly.

Candidates must hold a Journeyperson Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic certification and possess a valid Class 5 driver's license. Additionally, at least nine months of post-ticket experience in industrial or commercial maintenance is required.
